Willy Muntjanti Martin (1950-2018)

Mimili Maku
Willy Muntjanti Martin was a respected senior cultural man from Mimili community, deeply connected to his culture and traditions. He was born at Pukatja, his father was Charlie Noonan and his mother was Daisy Nganpa. He has three brothers Danny Colson, Wally and Peter Dunn and one sister Jeanie Dunn.

Willy grew up in Pukatja and worked many years as a young man on the sheep stations that surrounded Pukatja. His first wife was Sharon Kilty they had a daughter together Patricia Martin. Willy then lived in Mimili with his partner Judy Martin. They had two children together, Joseph and Maria.
