Botha Kimmikimmi (Hirokiki)

Omie Artists Inc
Botha Kimmkimmi was born in 1941. She was taught distinctive Omie designs from her mother-in-law. Her work featured on the exhibition poster for the landmark exhibition of Omie barkcloth paintings "Wisdom of the Mountain: Art of the Omie" at the National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne.

Her work is held in the permanent collections of the National Gallery of Australia, Victoria, Australia; the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropologym, University of Cambridge UK; and the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa.
